Privacy Policy

  1. Who we are

    AT Investments CC (trading as AT Digital) is responsible for your personal information collected through this website. Contact: info@atdigitalagency.com, +264 81 422 4686.

  2. What we collect

    • Contact details: your name, company, role, email, phone, business and postal address, and country.
    • Business details: your social media platforms and accounts, goals, brand assets you upload, and artwork requests you send us.
    • Agreement records: your electronic signature, the time of acceptance and technical data such as your IP address, kept as evidence of your consent.
    • Billing records: invoices, payment status and a secure payment reference. We never see or store your full card number; it is handled by our payment service provider.
    • Enquiries: messages you send through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
    • Website data: essential cookies and server logs needed to keep the site working and secure.

  3. Why we use it

    • To provide the Service and manage your subscription (performing our contract with you).
    • To take payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligations).
    • To communicate with you about your account, renewals, deliveries and support (contract and legitimate interest).
    • To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and resolve disputes (legitimate interest).
    • To show finished work in our portfolio and marketing (legitimate interest).

    We do not sell your personal information.

  4. Who we share it with

    We use trusted service providers to run our business and give them only what they need: payment processing, email and messaging, website hosting, accounting and design software. These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires, or to protect our rights, including to answer a payment dispute.

  5. International transfers

    Some providers store or process data outside Namibia. Where we transfer personal information internationally we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

  6. How long we keep it

    We keep account and agreement records while you are a client and for up to seven years afterwards for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Brand assets and working files are kept for up to 12 months after your subscription ends, then deleted unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Unsuccessful sign-ups are deleted after 12 months.

  7. Your rights

    Subject to applicable law you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Email info@atdigitalagency.com to make a request; we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

  8. Security

    We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we will tell you without undue delay if a breach is likely to put your information at risk.

  9. Cookies

    Our website uses only essential cookies needed for security and sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.

  10. Children

    Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

    We may update this policy and will post the new version here. This version was last updated in October 2026.
